This full day trip around Phuket gives you a chance to see some of the island's hidden treasures and will demonstrate to you that there is far more to Phuket than beaches and bars. You will be collected from your hotel early in the morning and taken around many of Phuket's top attractions on an action packed full day excursion that will introduce you to many of the islands rich cultural traditions.
The trip begins with a tour of a Buddhist monastery, hidden from the outside world by dense tropical jungle, and offering the chance to experience the spiritual side of Phuket. You will have plenty of time to explore the colourful temple buildings and perhaps light some incense.
Moving on from the temple, the driver will show you some of the beautiful rainforest that covers much of Phuket. You will have the chance to take a short walk through the trees, where you might see monkeys and exotic birds in the canopy, and orchids growing in the undergrowth.
In Phuket Town, there are a number of markets where you can browse through stalls to find souvenirs and designer goods as well as plenty of other things including a museum of the island's history.
Patong Beach is one of the main holiday spots in Phuket, and is renowned as one of the top nightlife areas in Thailand. This tour arrives early in the afternoon, before many of the bars open, and you will have the chance to explore the shops and perhaps enjoy a quiet drink at one of the beach cafés before returning to your hotel.
